Axiom Contractors has been awarded the contract to carry out external and internal repair and refurbishment works to this listed and fully occupied residential property.

Externally the 16 week scheme includes the complete renewal of all windows, cleaning down of elevations as well as brick, stone and roofing repairs.

Internally this 1890's building which has been subdivided into hostel rooms will be fully refurbished including replacement of all the existing services, kitchens, bathrooms and doors.
