Axiom Contractors has been awarded a contract to refurbish the existing offices of MFI Properties Limited.

The works, due to be completed in just six weeks, involves the repair and renovation of the building roofs and elevations as well as all the internal finishes.  All existing services are to be tested and remedial works undertaken as necessary to obtain current legislative certificates.  The internal fabric of the building is in a poor state of repair and will require repairs, and renewals before the entire office space is redecorated.
