Axiom Contractors has been awarded a contract to alter and refurbish this Georgian 5-storey listed property. 

The 30 week scheme consists of the installation of a new 4-storey lift including structural alterations and extensions to form a new lift shaft at the rear of the property.  

Also included is the replacement and reconfiguration of the entire mansard roof and top floor apartment.  New service installations throughout the building will be installed and the two lower floor apartments will be altered and refurbished.
