Cardiff Road - Reading

This 13 week refurbishment project was undertaken for the BBC Pension Fund

The work consisted of the complete strip out and subsequent fitting out of the existing offices, warehouse and core and included all new services, ceilings, partitions, toilets, flooring and decorations.

Also included were renewals and repairs to the building envelope and car park areas including works to the asbestos roof, curtain walling and underground drainage.
