Garden Square Shopping Centre - Letchworth

This 4 week project was undertaken for Tyburn Vale Letchworth LP

The work consisted of the subdivision into two separate units a large two storey single unit formerly occupied by Woolworths.

With modifications to the existing layout, erection of new partitions and the provision of a new shop front a new shop unit was formed.

All of the existing services were reconfigured so as to provide fully independent installations to the existing unit, whilst new installations, using were possible reclaimed materials, were provided to the new unit.
