This 37 week project was undertaken for Henry and James.

The work consisted of the complete strip out, alteration and refurbishment of three duplex apartments within a listed building including structural alterations, replacement of the existing mansard roof, construction of a new lift shaft to the rear of the property and installation of a new lift and all service installations.
