Upper Thames Street, London EC4

Requiring the completion of a  multi storey apartment block following the demise of the Main Contractor this project was undertaken for Riverview Holdings. 

Commencing on site within two weeks of being approached by the Client, Axiom were not only able to complete a number of incomplete apartments, common areas, envelope works and basements but also deal with a multitude of tenant defects, outstanding works and certifications. 

This 20 week project not only required intense management and programming but also close liaison with the building occupants and the Clients team in order to finally bring this project to a close.
