Salmon Lane, London E1

This 16 week project was undertaken for The Ex-Service Fellowship Centres.

Externally the scheme included the complete renewal of all windows, cleaning down of elevations as well as extensive brick, stone and roofing repairs.

Internally this 4 storey 1890's listed building, which has been subdivided into hostel rooms, was fully refurbished, including replacement of all the existing services, kitchens, bathrooms, joinery and floor coverings.
