This 4 week external refurbishment of a bonded warehouse was undertaken for Kerry Logistics Limited.

The work consisted of the external repairs to the building fabric including brickwork, concrete and render, as well as the redecoration of all doors, windows and perimeter railings. The existing flat roof was repaired and overlaid with all the existing rainwater systems being cleaned, and overhauled. Extensive areas of the existing service yard, access road and car park were repaired and resurfaced.
