Westhorne Avenue - Eltham

This 7 week refurbishment project was undertaken for the GHP Group.

The work consisted of the demolition and stripping out of the existing shop unit followed by its sub-division into two separate retail units and included the construction of new independent toilets, shop fronts and primary services.

 Externally, drainage repairs were undertaken and the car park and footpaths were repaired and resurfaced.
