This 23 week residential development was undertaken for Easy Properties Limited. 

The work consisted of the complete construction of 5 luxury apartments on the 4^th and 5^th floors of this fully occupied building, including structural alterations, new roof coverings, alterations to the ground floor entrance lobby and the modernisation of the staircase and lifts.
